Information on how to enter this promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry (Terms). These terms apply to the promotion and entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.
The promoter is Sound United Sales & Marketing Australia ABN 44619418325 / 86 Peter’s Avenue, Mulgrave VIC 3170 / Suite 303, 754 Pacific Hwy Chatswood NSW 2067 (Promoter) – acting as Masimo Consumer.
The promotion is open from 12:00am AEDT on 16th of February 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 17th of March 2024 (Promotion Period). Only purchases made between these dates qualify for a redemption in this promotion.
Purchase an eligible Denon or Marantz product within the Promotional Period to receive a cash back (Bonus):
In order to obtain the Bonus, the online form must be completed in full and must state the purchased Eligible Product’s model number, serial number, invoice/receipt number, the Purchaser’s nominated bank account details, as well as name and location of the store where the purchase was made. Claims must include a copy of the original invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Products purchased and paid for in full (balance owing $0) within the Promotional Period.

The Bonus will be paid following completion of the online form in compliance with the claim procedure and Conditions. The Bonus will be issued by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the Purchaser’s nominated Australian bank account. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct details for the bank account for the Bonus payment to be paid into. Payments via EFT will be made within 8 weeks after validation of the claim. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion.
Excludes commercial purchases, trade seconds, scratch and dent stock, discount clearance outlet purchases, ex-display or used stock and any lay-bys (unless initiated and paid for in full during the Promotional Period), hire purchase or rental agreements. Promotional Period runs from 16/02/2024 to 17/03/2024. Offer valid via online redemption only by 30th April 2024. These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in NSW, Australia.
The offer is valid on retail purchases only. ‘Participating Retailer’ refers to any authorised retailer that operates from shop fronts in Australia and is documented in the authorised dealer list (including both the shop front and any on-line store operated by such retailers).
Claims may only be redeemed via www.hifibundles.com.au. Eligible Claimants are required to complete all details to qualify and receive their bonus product.
Any costs associated with claiming the Bonus are the responsibility of the claimant. Qualifying purchases must be finalised and paid-in-full before a claim can be raised.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and Prize suppliers, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Eligible Claimants who ‘opt in’ to receiving marketing communications during the redemption process consent to the Promoter, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, using the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning Eligible Claimants. The promoter will not sell or otherwise share the Eligible Claimants’ personal information with any other party for marketing purposes.
